Valeska Richards is an Accountant and works as a Risk Officer at Banco di Caribe N.V. (6+ years); she is a former Senior Auditor (8+ years) at Government Accountants Office Foundation. She also has affinities with IT.
She is also a lecturer at the University of the Dutch Caribbean (UDC) and also pursing her Master of Science in Accounting.
Valeska has many years of volunteerism voluntary activities, especially with youth. This is also linked to her position in the Voice of Youth Foundation as treasurer, where, through the implementation of various projects in various areas that teach young people to develop their personalities, so they become aware of their rights on both social emotional, educational as well on the sexual field.
She is a board member of Famia Planea Curacao and serves as the Treasurer.
With her participation in the board of the Prins Bernhard Caribbean Culture funds, also as treasurer, she has contributed to the further development and stimulation in the areas of history, literature, visual arts, music, dance, theater, art and culture education, monument preservation and nature conservation for the Dutch Caribbean island by giving grants.
