The organizations in our network exemplify this trend and operate at significantly different capacities. That’s why we work to strengthen our associations by facilitating the exchange of information and expertise among our partners in the region.
Our network utilizes the expertise of experts in a variety of areas, including human rights, medicine, program evaluation, clinic systems, financial sustainability, and communications. These experts provide technical assistance to foster and fortify successful programs, systems, and strategies. An expert, for example, may train the staff of a member association that has requested assistance.
